Is this how you roll?
EVERYONE PLEASE LISTEN. DO NOT IGNORE THIS.
Article 13 is going into itâs final stages of voting.Â
If this gets through, it will allow many, many companies to abuse and misuse this article to take down as many memes, fan works, and even other independent creators on sites like YouTube, Facebook, and other websites INCLUDING Tumblr.Â
THE FAIR USE LAW AND SAFEHARBOR LAW WILL NO LONGER APPLY IN THE U.S OR IN OTHER COUNTRIES.Â
IT HAS ALREADY PASSED IN SEVERAL OTHER COUNTRIES.Â
WE CANNOT ALLOW THEM TO TAKE AWAY WHAT WE BUILT FOR THE INTERNET SO FAR.Â
So here is what you need to do to drag this article down.Â
1. Spread the wordÂ
I canât stress this enough. The more attention this gets the more people we can get to take this down.Â
2. Make your own contentÂ
Make your own content on the matter and make sure it is clear to others that Article 13 is bad for every internet user involved.Â
3. If you live anywhere in Europe, contact your MEPsÂ
Ask them if they approve of the article and why. If they do approve of it, try to convince them in a clear, reasonable, and most sensible way possible that this law is BAD.Â
The article itself is way to vague about what itâs conveying to its people.Â
Saying that as long as the use of said internet memes or content is good as long as itâs in âgood faith.âÂ
We cannot let some shoddy government tell us what we can and cannot post.Â
FREE SPEECH IS A HUMAN RIGHT. NOT A PRIVILEGE.Â
Hereâs a video on Article 13 that Film Theory made on the matter. It will explain things better than I can.Â
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GbXHrj8k7dg
THE VIDEO LINKED IS FROM YESTERDAY (24/11 2018) THIS IS ALL FRESH PLEASE SPREAD!
To my fellow âmericans that donât understand Article 13 and why itâs important, watch the video. MatPat breaks is down in a very easy way to understand why itâs important and why it will affect all of us. You might think ânaw, Iâm not in the EU, doesnât matter to meâ (which is a crappy way of looking at it in the first place) but guess what, it will.
Also, I feel like people are pushing the importance of this to memes, but honestly it goes SO well beyond that.
If weâre all going down I'm going the way I lived, making shitty memes in the face of peril.
this seems obvious but there are a lot of blogs that are just 1) uber nsfw pictures of hot men alongside 2) cute dog pics. idk what to call this niche

Drawing this made me realize hognoses have no necks. No. Necks. Shaky sausages with pig noses that have the acting skills of Tommy Wiseau.Â
Suddenly it became clear why theyâre so popular.
me, late 20s, discovering i love to cook, and have neck pain: holy shit iâm going to turn into a person who does yoga
me, buying paper napkins and eyebanging a herb garden: iâm having an identity crisisÂ

oh man!!!! oh boy!!!!!!!!!!! now thatâs my kinda treat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
strange dream last night, i dreamed about making doujinshi where Alfred and Arthur having son. I was overjoyed about the dream, the little boy is so cute but i forget his name. i kind of canât get the image out of my head since this morning.. itâs amazing how i still remember clearly the first six pages of the doujinshi xD
idk if youâre still doing these but 87- âThatâs my ex-boyfriend/girlfriend.â - âWell, kiss me so they see.â is so good?? itâs got such amazing potential.....
Send me a dialogue prompt! âThatâs my ex-boyfriend/girlfriend.â - âWell, kiss me so they see.â
Iâm not sure if I quite did what you wanted with this, but I liked the idea of the prompt so. I hope you like it!
âOh crap.â Alfred cursed, his quick glance away drawing Arthurâs attention.
âWhat is it?â Arthur frowned, seeing nothing but a sea of other students thoroughly enjoying themselves.
Alfred risked a glance back and Arthur followed his gaze to the man who had just walked in with a bunch of what he could only deduce were his friends. Arthur couldnât say heâd ever seen him before, but by the way Alfredâs mood had immediately soured he could only assume he was no one good. Alfred swirled his beer around his glass, pulling a face that was decidedly uncharacteristic for the bright and bold American.
âThatâs my ex-boyfriend.â He sighed, taking a long drink of his beer.

first boyfriend
Arthur squirms as Alfred shifts closer, breath warm against the side of Arthurâs face as he laughs at a particularly funny scene in the movie. Arthurâs stomach churns. He bites back a smile, cheeks flooding red as Alfred throws his arm around him absentmindedly.Â
âPopcorn, babe?â Alfred says, mistaking Arthurâs silence for annoyance at Alfred having hogged the bowl.Â
âUm, n- no, thank you.â Arthur stammers. Alfred beams in reply and turns back to the television.Â
Arthur sits up straight, hands primly in his lap. He then glances at Alfred. He glances at his knees.Â
Just do it.Â
He shifts closer under Alfredâs arm in one fluid, gut-wrenchingly difficult motion, face burning in an embarrassment he hopes to god Alfred doesnât notice.Â
Alfred does. He pretends he doesnât, smiling into his hand as he shovels more popcorn into his mouth.Â
