why is it that when you want a scrambled egg the yolk is so strong it doesn’t want to break but when you want a fried egg the yolk is a delicate young maiden who’s never seen the outside world... why is there war and fighting. why isn’t there world peace </3
You can check which eggs will have a thick or thin yolk!
If you shine a bright light through the egg, you can check how big of an air bubble it has inside.
The bigger the bubble, the weaker the yolk, and the more watery the white.
Tiny or nonexistent air cells means the yolk will be big and firm, and the white will be more gelled.
That’s what the “grades” of egg mean on the carton.
AA has a firm yolk and whites. B has a delicate yolk and watery whites.

hey here’s a comp of vines so rare and endangered it took me 5 hours to track them all down
Out of all of those vines, I only recognized one
I really missed out on the whole vine era
Don’t buy other stuff
