Hiii! We're a HC-DID system (obviously traumagenic), our alter count is estimated to be +100 but currently I (Matthew/Host) have only met 21 aside from myself. We're AuDHD and have NPD and ASPD (previously misdiagnosed as BPD), we have a lot of other comorbidities but those are the important ones tbh. We also have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Collectively we're non binary transmasc and gay, He/They pronouns. The body is 21 years old.

Give people with HPD positive attention, without making them feel like a "selfish brat" for it.

Listen to people with NPD without looking for a reason to shut them down or "call them out".

Let people with ASPD be apathetic to things, without making them feel like they're some sort of "heartless monster".

Let people with BPD be angry and feel their "negative" emotions, without making them feel like they're being "overdramatic" about it.

Let people with cluster B personality disorders have things without guilt tripping them over it.
