Hey I’m completely going to date this ask but ey boss happy 10tH SPLATOON YEARS I think I’m going into a purgatory looking at this

HAPPY TEN YEARS OF SPLATOON!!!!!

I cried at seeing the line of octarians meeting callie THEY LOVE HER SO BAD.... and im thinking of nori of course bc when am i not, imagine the two of them sitting side by side doing fan meets with little octarians and octolings and nori talks about how she knew each and every one of them and callie listens and talks to all of them dont make me CRY

Ahhh i've already talked about how much splatoon means to me and why it will forever have such a special place in my heart but its just so awesome to have seen this game grow from the very beginning and seeing how many people love it now, i'm looking forward to the next installment of the series but i do hope nintendo takes their time perfecting it and making it a really enjoyable and balanced game. i also hope for the sake of my wallet it doesn't come out at least for a little while bc i cannot afford the switch 2 rn ;-;

now that i'm done being emo over grandfest can we talk about how gay pearlina was during that whole event like their handshake on stage, marina holding pearls back when they sway together during the choreo, "my best memory was when i heard pearl's voice on Mt. Nantai for the first time, let me set the scene..." they love each other so much it makes me SICK

congratulations team past!!! even though i was team present, im happy past won because i do think it'll lead to the coolest concepts in the next splatoon game!

grandfest was so incredibly fun i had such a good time in turf war and spending time in the hub world this is honestly my favorite splatoon event to date! watching all the idol groups perform on stage was one of my all time favorite parts, everything was so well done and im continuously blown away by the splatoon dev team and all the love and care they put into this series. im so happy to have experienced splatoon from it's release all the way until now, and it'll forever be my favorite game series of all time <3
