I've got HEARTACHES BY THE NUMBER TROUBLES BY THE SCORE Damnation, Fallout picks the best 50's songs.
A Villain's Checklist
Impregnable fortress? Check. Unstoppable army? Check. Elite bodyguards? Check. Top notch detection system? Check. Super gunship chopper? Check. My lair is now complete. Now to add lots of explosive barrels next to my soldiers and health stations at convenient intervals. Let's not forget the secret door that's just big enough for my arch-nemesis to sneak in through! I'd better station one rookie there, to make myself look at least somewhat competent.
Because people have requested a photoset, here’s all of last year’s Dictator Valentines*.
*Several not actually dictators.
This year, I’m rolling out some new Portrait Valentines, so check them out if you like these! (7 more are on their way tomorrow.)
BECAUSE MOAR.

Game Reviews: Uncharted 3
I'm not sure if I'm reviewing a game or a movie here. The Uncharted series is quite possibly the best franchise in this generation of consoles, and if you're considering getting a PS3, this is DEFINITELY an A+ title to pick up. It's such a purely cinematic game, that you REALLY think you're interacting with an A-line movie title. The other two games are completely separate, nothing connects the series together (except the characters of course) but I still recommend picking the games up as they're just as good as this fantastic game (with the second being just slightly the best). The graphics, gameplay, sound, and controls just blend together to make a near flawless experience that few games can rival. And now that my ass-kissing is done, it's time to rant: The above is centered around the 'normal' difficulty. However, you will be throwing your controller in rage at the hardest difficulty. It isn't by mere coincidence that it's named 'Crushing.' You will rage, guaranteed. Why? BECAUSE YOU FUCKING DIE ALL THE DAMN TIME, THAT'S WHY YOU CUNT. You die (I'm not exaggerating) when someone punches you in the face. When a fucking spider bites you (albeit, there's a lot of spiders and they're fairly big, about 6 inches diameter), you'll fucking die. Shot in the foot? I'll inform your family, bro. Swallowed your gum? I hope you have a will written, you AIDS riddled whore. Forgot what the square root of 62.4 is? Tell Billy Mays we miss him. It should be noted that this was a way easier game than Uncharted 2. If i ever do a retro-game review (that being one of them) expect a good 3 paragraph rant on how much I wish to see Naughty Dog's livers hung from my porch as trophies of war. Besides that, this is a definite buy for all you PS3 gamers.
Game Reviews: Chopper Lift HD
Unlike my last review, I will be reviewing a PSN/XBLA title (at least I'm pretty sure it's on XBLA, I don't check it as I am a PS3/Steam user). The game is a remake of the old arcade game, Chopper Lift, and is $15 or however many microsoft points that equates. With that out of the way, time for the actual review: This game fucking sucks. It's ok at first, but as you go on it just becomes tedious and plain stupid. The enemies, even on the easiest difficulty, are redundantly difficult. It doesn't help that there are timers in the game too. Every bit of dialogue makes you want to kick puppies and spit on babies, the 'jokes' are about as clever and funny as a suburban mother who forwards her 'funny' emails to everyone. It seems odd that guerrillas are able to fuck up EVERYONE'S day within literal spitting distance of a US military base that looks like it could take off and become the fucking Death Star. The controls are a bit iffy too, but it's hard to complain seeing as you go left and right. Graphically, it's average for this time, so I'll let that escape from my ranting. The demo lulls you into a false sense of confidence and leaves you thinking 'damn, not a bad game. I shall purchase this entertainment software for my pleasure!' but after a mission or two, you realize you just bought a shit pile of ass. It's ok for half the time, but as you go on it just gets worse. Honestly, the game would be just fine if it were $5, but at $15, it should be way better. Rating: 5/10 Don't buy it.
Game Reviews: Dark Souls
Had an idea to make this more blog-like. I shall review games I've been playing. Here's my first one: Dark Souls. The hardest game I've played in the past 5 years, maybe more. However, it's also probably the best RPG i've played in that same span of time. It's unrelenting, unforgiving. You take a wrong turn and BAM. There's an iron dick smashed through your skull (not literally, but the number of one-hit deaths is quite high). I spent a total of 5 in game hours (there's a counter) in the first fucking area due to not knowing what the fuck to do. I was about to quit, but I finally made a breakthough and now i'm enjoying the fuck out of the game. I recommend it even more than Skyrim. The graphics are really good. The story so far is mysterious and makes you want to continue. The gameplay, while hard as tits, is satisfying and addictive while staying logical. Best of all, it feels like a true Role Playing Game. You can observe your character grow stronger and take out enemies that kicked your ass before with ease, but newer and harder enemies are always added. Protip: use firebombs on the Taurus Demon. Protip: use the dodge button a lot Protip: titanite shards and blacksmiths are your friends Protip: when you die, you keep all your shit and only drop the souls (equivalent to money) that you had BUT you can retrieve the souls you lost on your most recent death. Rating: 9.4/10 My reviews won't necessarily be of new games. I tend to play a lot of older games (anywhere from a year ago to before) so don't expect me to be dishing out the heat for a major game ASAP. Next review will probably be Uncharted 3
this staff starbucks shit keeps posting itself onto my wall. I don't even like Starbucks. What the fuck.
