Hello everyone, I am so sorry to remake this post, but I am very scared. I am experiencing embarassing and vulnerable symptoms- my type II diabetes is becoming progressive, and I am desperate to go into remission. It has affected my liver and my heart, and neuropathy has made me partially incontinent. On April I was hospitalized twice. I have no thyroid, and without medication, it will put me into a myxedema coma and will kill me within days. Hypothyroidism and type II diabetes is making it very difficult for me to find work, as I am from the global south (the Philippines), with government aid only covering 20,000 pesos (around 326 usd) a year. I am the only person in my family who can work; my mother is paralyzed from a brain injury, and my sister is autistic with a very low frustration threshold. I need help covering for my new medication, as I now take metformin twice a day, and phosphates to help with my liver and kidneys, and b complex to help bolster my immune system. Im sorry I keep remaking this post, I am alone and desperate. Community is all I have. Thank you so much for your endless grace and compassion.

the use of AI lately has made me feel so hopeless, i translated pages of an unfinished fanzine of mine so i can remember why i love art...i hope it can resonate with anyone feeling the same way
I am helping to raise money for the small family farm that my fiancé and I have recently moved to after fleeing our (very red) home state. The farm is owned and operated by queer people, and it's run with a particular focus on sustainable agriculture and land restoration. @milkweedtussocktubers, who owns the farm, has worked extremely hard for years removing invasive species and nourishing an environment that has allowed several endangered species to return to the land.
The farm has run into dire straits, though. Just after we moved here, they got into a wreck with an 18-wheeler milk truck. The car is completely totaled, and they suffered injuries. Shortly after that, the electricity in the house we are all supposed to be living in entirely shat the bed. Arcing electricity resulting from damaged wiring led to the power company turning off the meter, and we had to get repairs done and signed off on before it could be turned back on. Repairs were done, but at an incredibly steep cost. We are still trying to stabilize after these massive disasters.
Our local community has done a lot to get us closer to our goal, hosting a couple of wonderful events. We aren't far out at all from meeting it, all things considered. But progress has also slowed dramatically, and things are still incredibly urgent.

I tried to put the wreck below and cut, but tumblr keeps glitching, sorry ya'll. We have received $50 since this was posted. Any help with this would be a huge relief. We have a lot we are panicking over rn. My fiance and I have our first HRT appointments tomorrow, my phone bill is past due, and we have other bills stacking up, so any help towards getting this off our plates would mean the world.
Please help us reach this goal! We aren't far, all things considered, and I really cant overstate how urgent it is that we get the rest of the way there.
