Food really hasn't been my friend for the last few months. However, oddly enough I can eat oodles of these. Every time I eat them I think about how my brother still believes that I tormented him when he was little by telling him that mushrooms were 'alive' & had 'gills' like fish. I never. As I was cleaning up a certain kitties 'creative' mess under my studio table, A thought hit me how fun it would be to throw some blankets over the table & to make a fort. Kinda like I have done a thousand times before with the kiddos. I mean really, how fun is that!? Then I remember what my dad used to say,"Age ISN'T a number, it is how you feel & what's in your heart!" We asked Jessica if she could rake the front lawn. Soon she had company. The elderly old Ukrainian Man from across the street came to 'help' her. Haha! I think he was happy to finally cut our grass because we have a push mower that I insisted on, & for the last 5 years he has been trying to cut the grass his way. Little girls for some reason like shiny stuff, pretty bows & to put bedazzled things in their hair & clothes. We just do. It just feels lovely to look kinda nice and to have someone notice & to say, WOW you look nice today! Gals also tend to like to fix & create stuff. Hence, my morning conversation: Me: Darn it, my eyebrows are now falling out now. Hubbie: Really!? I thought you plucked them. Me: No!? It is so sad. Hubbie: It's NO problem. You are creative...Take a permanent marker and draw some on. 😳😉😂Ah....yes...you have to laugh!!!! And yes, make-up can be wonderful! #noonefightsalone
