headcanon: haru can easily lift makoto. when they were young, and makoto started growing taller, haru didn’t like the idea of never being able to carry makoto again (because he’s older, he’s supposed to take care of makoto, and what happens if he gets hurt or something?) so, he made sure that didn’t happen.

makoto, on the other hand, always worries haru’s going to hurt himself (plus, it’s embarrassing!! … and, okay, maybe kind of sort of really hot, but!)
