After talking online for months what got him the meet up and the date was the phrase "you can do anything you want to me"

Now if it's true it's sad and I need to see him and talk about it because there's a level of either underestimating me or he is down for anything and probably needs a hug because of (possible) trauma and a very difficult life

If it's not true he needs someone to tell him that he needs to re phrase to "I like alot of things but I have boundaries" and not to get people's hopes up or down play a situation because it can end badly
