Yogurt bowl talk
Lmaoo, so there's this one classmate of mine, she's basically me but blond and a girl. She loves protein bars, analyzes restaurants and the menus dayss before, loves yogurt and oatmeal, hasn't had her period in a year, knows about the existence of calories, and goes to the gym. Kind of suspecting she has an ED too (or had one idk) because the way she acted on the school trip was EXACTLY how I acted when we went to Rome during my ed.
She's my fav classmate though so I'm sad she's leaving this year :(

Had a really fun time. it was SO HOT though, I ended up falling asleep in the sun and burning my legs

Hiya! Think I'll be posting wieiads again because I've seen an increase in ana content on tiktok, and celebrities looking worryingly skinny. Recovery is worth it guys
Breakfast: Yogurt bowl with banana, summerfruits, peanutbutter, and cinnamon
Lunch: Bigass bowl of oatmeal with fruits and peanutbutter (this thing was like 400g!)
Snacks: ricecake with cottage cheese, banana and honey. Protein bar. Nectarine
Dinner: Wrap with vegan kebab, garlic sauce, and some greens
Evening snack: straciatella icecream
Accidently found this blog while looking for fan art of the stoner warrior cat and got overwhelmed with pride for you cause I've loved so many people with eating disorders nd I know how hard it is to push yourself back up. And you're doing so GREAT WOW!!!!! It's amazing that you're doing better than you were!!!!!!!! Sorry if this is socially inapprioate I just like saying nice things to people and making them happy. Are you on book 6 yet btw
Thank you so much for this, it genuinly means a lot to me :) I'm doing much MUCH better rn and although I stil have my bad days, I'm so happy I chose recovery.
It'#s also not inappropriate at all! This really made my day.
And yeah I've already finished book 6! Currently stuck on the 1st book of the 2nd series because of the pov switch lol. Got too attached to firebeart.

Finally got back the motivation to work out lmao
Exactly a year ago I ran away from home because I was at my absolute worst. Here's some things I wrote in my logbookthingy while in Amsterdam :)

It’s really important to find motivation to recover. Personally i do cheerleading as a base so I want to be strong enough to go back to competing!
For me it's transitioning! I wanna build muscle to look more masculine and I need the energy to do so :)
Hellooo, another update!
Went to Prague last week :)
Gorgeous place, had so much fun there!
Now some talking:
Had its ups and downs bcs the friendgroup I went with was NOT good at planning which was kind of stressful. Ended up pvrging twice as some control thing and calorie comparison to friends, competitive disorder etc.
BUT STILL OKAY LETS GET TO THE FUN PART! We did karaoke and looots of museums and the weather was amazing and so was the food (istg knedlíky are so so SO good. the sweet ones are to die for). We went there by bus in a 12hr trip which was exhausting but also really fun :)
I'm kind of concerned about a friend though, like, idk if its just me projecting but their entire behavior is EXACTLY the way I acted when I went to Rome last year when I was still restricting. Trying to choose the smallest portions, protein bars, acting withdrawn after one of her meals had lots of oil, being very focused on finding restaurants to eat at, etc.
I'm probably just projecting but still worried.
I also kind of relapsed a little bit after that week bcs the stress got to me a bit (plus my pants got thighter which is HORRIBLE) but I'm alr again.
Still coming to terms that I wont like my body skin and bones or normal or chubby bcs it's the fact that even after 180 days on the waitlist I still havent heard anything from the transgender care place and I'm just stuck with this body for now.
