I had imagined Kakashi getting back to Iruka’s apartment after work and Iruka scolding him for not wearing warm clothing for the cooler weather. Iruka is a human furnace so he kisses Kakashi until he’s warmed up :)

Until my muscles forget they ever climbed this damn mountain.” Kakashi slowed just enough for his voice to carry closer. “With a program like that, you could easily convince someone to join you.”

every time I see a photo of a bear it’s like. that really is the ideal animal. large. fat. virtually indestructible. vaguely resembles both a large dog and a person. absolutely could and probably would maul me but nonetheless looks extremely huggable. 10/10 creatures, immaculate
