Feeling whiplash between AO3 and EA today
Ao3 messes up or slows down a microsecond and I’m showered with apologies, flowers, chocolates, and a promise to take me out for dinner.
Sims 4 glitches out and EA stabs me in the gut then gangnam styles on my corpse.
Ryland Grace being associated with rainbows throughout the movie as a sign of better times ahead. There is a rainbow on his whiteboard when Eva first talks to him, when he is arrested and sent to space, when he tries so damn hard to save nine billion people aboard the Hail Mary.
He is so important to me. And color grading is back in big budget movies. Praise be.

Amaze amaze amaze
Another Batman AU
The Arkham Knight wakes one morning and sees that just before his invasion of Gotham, Bruce, like the pompous bitch he is, is hosting a gala in honor of Gotham’s renewal.
Jason can’t stand it so he goes to confront him on the night of the gala. He holds Dick in front of him like a human shield and leads him into the ballroom to make his grand entrance early.
Only… he’s already there? His own self, unmarred by three years of torture, is standing in shock at the unknown threat holding his brother hostage. And there is Tim next to him along with what looks to be a tiny version of Bruce’s clone next to him.
This doesn’t make sense. He can’t stand to look at what he could have been. He commands everyone but the Waynes to get out as the GCPD come flooding in to stop him. Bruce puts his hands up and tries to negotiate with him, but he doesn’t care.
Whatever alternate timeline he’s found himself in, it won’t change his plans. It may as well be easier this way without Crane breathing down his neck. He tears off the helmet and demands Bruce look him in the eye.
Batman AU where Bruce is Batman, always has been, but his children don’t become Robin. They all know his secret and they know how important his job is.
So far in the family there is Dick, Jason, and Tim with Steph and Cass making sporadic appearances here and there. They all go to the same high school and Dick and Jason are in collage. Dick is a junior studying to be a cop and Jason is a freshman trying to become a literacy or history teacher, maybe both. Tim, Stephanie, and Cass are all juniors.
However, because the Universe loves tearing Jason apart, he doesn’t survive an attack by the Joker, in some way I haven’t decided yet.
It, of course, tears the family apart, but it’s only then that Dick becomes Nightwing, Tim is given the name Robin by his oldest brother, Steph becomes Batgirl, and Cass becomes Black Bat.
Bruce is infuriated by this but after awhile, it becomes clear that none of his kids are going to give this up. Jason was standoffish, always pretending that he never cared about Tim asking him for help on his homework or Cass asking him to play chess. He was the glue that held them together.
Which makes it all the worse when the Red Hood pops back into town.
When the plot point you wrote for your OC well over a year ago comes true to yourself in real life.
Of course it had to be the damn transmission breaking. Why couldn’t I write about her winning the lottery or falling in love with a millionaire?!!??!??
She does get a horse later in the story so I’ll keep my eyes peeled.
Here’s the first Ghost mask I made. 3D printed, sanded, a few layers of white primer, then a light brown wash. Took me a couple of weeks with work and having the mask outside to dry in the middle of winter, but I love how it came out.
The biggest thing to figure out was how to wear glasses with this, so I popped out the lenses from a pair of old glasses and made a pouch out of wide, sheer ribbon, then sewed it up along the edge of the lenses.
To attach it to the balaclava, I hot glued Velcro on the top and bottom so I could remove it whenever I needed. It was extraordinary hot in the convention center I wore this to.
This is an old, and I mean old concept for a clone Ghost that I don’t have time to make. My concept was to have him extremely close to his Jedi general, but when Order 66 came around, he turned tail and killed him. After a time, the conditioning wore off and he realized what he had done. His soldiers underneath him were cast aside by the Empire, his friend was long gone, and he hated it. He was taken in by a small band of smugglers with a ship called the Bravo-7. Despite his standoffishness, he fit right in. He laid low until he found his general’s lightsaber, then he and the others became freedom fighters. While Ghost didn’t have the force, he was an excellent fighter.
I’d love to do something like this at some point, but I have bills to pay lol. Maybe when Halloween comes around, I might do a spirit Halloween costume make over instead of 3d printing it like I normally do but we shall see.
The only reason that Battinson and Corensupes can’t be in the same universe is that if they get within fifty miles of each other, the difference in their world’s color schemes would cause the universe to implode.
Damn. My first year officially fully out as asexual and I miss the dedicated day for it. A bit ironic as last night, I was eating cake and watching movies instead of being on my phone.
I’d love a game where you are a chosen one, but you don’t have a god sponsoring you. You’re powerless and broke, but as you go through the world trying to prove yourself, your actions decide what god pays attention to you.

The Goddess of Merriment loves it when you stay at the tavern to play a song. The God of War loves when you threaten your way out of a situation.
I’d love a chart with all the Gods and how much they favor you, and at the end, the God who favors you the most fights for you.
Bonus points if you were never chosen to begin with. Bonus bonus points if two opposing gods want to fight for you. Bonus bonus bonus points if the villain was the last “Chosen One” favored by the gods.
