For those who chose to walk through it, instead of bypassing it..

firstly, your reluctance to avoid the internal work that needed to be done, to get through the turbulent times you’re experiencing, needs to be acknowledged and celebrated. You chose yourself when others often abandon themselves. Too many times, we ignore things in our lives, hoping they will just disappear, only to avoid the work attached that was designed to strengthen our spirits and provide us with the tools we need as we continue to walk in our chosen paths.

My advice is simple: don’t give up, don’t give in, don’t give yourself away. Don’t let others sway you from your mission. Don’t neglect yourself in the process, don’t overthink, don’t get too caught up in the difficult periods, and don’t get too comfortable in the brighter moments. Don’t become complacent when you finally see a flicker of light at the end of the tunnel, just keep walking through it.

The other side holds everything you envisioned life could become, once you shed skin and rid yourself of the baggage you’re carrying. All you have to do is persevere. Higher vibrations are simply the byproduct of the work you’re putting in. Keep going.
