Played a 500 pts game of Freebooter‘s Fate this week. I was able to hoist my colours on 4 out of 5 flagpoles and won the game!

Yesterday, I played the fabulous NAFL Chaos Cup in Ingolstadt (Germany). Had a blast! 😎

Finished painting my 1,250 pts Fyreslayers army.

I finished painting the brand new Tor for my Fists army.

The first day of the NAF World Cup is now over! More than 1.400 Head Coaches under one roof! The biggest event in Blood Bowl history. My team, the Unikhornes, lost round #1, but won round #2. A solid start into the tournament.

More reinforcements for my Pirates have arrived! Now I own 17 minis which should be enough for the foreseeable future.

I painted a new bunker for 40.000 and played today with it on the battlefield. Mission was Vital Intelligence and I was able to pull off a 5:0 victory.

2nd training camp this summer for the Blood Bowl World Cup! Are we prepared enough? We will see...

Played against a friend of mine and his Raven Guard with the brand new Codex. They are really strong now, but my World Eaters won it late in the game through melee.

Reinforcements for my Pirates! I painted 4 new minis and now, my team is 11 minis strong.

Saturday = gaming day! We played with four players three rounds of Freebooter‘s Fate. The first two rounds, we played on two seperate boards, in round #3, we played a 4-player-multiplayer game. I had three nice games, won the first two rounds, but finished last in the final round. I had a lot of fun with the games and with the wonderful weather, special greetings to my friend Bob at this point! ;-)

Friday night, I played my Chaos Space Marines again. Again Alpha Legion, again „Supplies From Above“ (we chose randomly). The Doomsday Arks were dangerous, my Daemon Princes were also dangerous. In turn three, we had to stop the game because my opponent‘s baby boy started to barf. :D At this point, I was 3:2 in front, but we called it a draw nonetheless.

Recently, I built jungle terrain and a monastery ruin for Freebooter’s Fate. I like the look a lot and apparently, the cat does, too.

Last Wednesday, I played 1.750 points against a strong Astra Militarum army. Mission was „Supplies From Above“. I managed to score many VPs in the first three turns, but from turn four on, I lost more and more and it got very difficult. At the end, it was a 7:12 loss for me. I made a lot of mistakes with a relatively new army, so the loss was OK.

Gaming and painting! I played Guild Ball against a friend of mine, took a picture of the painted interiour of his Rhino (sick paint job!) and painted a blue friend for my existing red Daemon Prince. Nice evening!

Last week, I attended my final tourney before the World Cup in Dornbirn/Austria in October. I practised with my Necromantic team and won, drew and lost one game respectively. Ready for the big tournament!

Yesterday, we had gaming night. After taking a dip in the host’s pool, I played Fantasy against a friend of mine with Dwarfs, two other lads played Star Wars Legion. Great fun!
