Ooo okay so @faustianblank has an amazing fic where the 141 basically coerced the reader into giving up an organ to save Soap's life, and the reader isn't even aware that they did that and finds out later and is enraged and betrayed and devastated because they literally stole their organs, yk.

And i want revenge on readers part, which both me and @faustianblank did.

But then I was thinking, what if they reader had endometriosis??? And it was on that organ?

And no one expects a man to have endometriosis so by the time they figure out what's wring with Johnny, it's too late. He has to live with debilitating chronic pain now as the endometriosis is basically in his nerves and his organs keep fusing to his abdominal wall so theres tons of scar tissue, and he's down the kidney you gave him because the endometriosis pretty much killed its function.

I think that would also be beautiful revenge. Nit for soap, I feel a bit abd for him, hut for everyone else.

They chose to sacrifice your quality of life for Johnny's, and in the end, it ruined him more than just missing a kidney or whatever organ would have.

Just a thought.
