This is gonna sound really salty but like
I hate the posts that complain about getting in trouble for reading during class because like, the point of class is to pay attention & participate and stuff (regardless of if you “already know” or whatever) and those posts always make it sound so unreasonable that the teacher wanted their students to... focus? On the lesson? It’s the same as if you’d snuck a video game into class, it’s not different just because it’s reading.
And like, I’m not on a high horse here, I definitely read when I was supposed to be paying attention and definitely got called out on it and continued to do it anyway, but like, I’m not gonna act like my teachers were anti-reading dictators because they wanted me to learn my times tables lmao
“Well don’t you look like a ray of sunshine.”
@rorygilmours--
“Well don’t you look like a ray of sunshine” she heard from over her shoulder. She turned towards the voice and her cheeks reddened in a cute blush when she saw it was Ezra approaching her. Her belly always did somersaults when he was around, a school girl crush on the cutest teacher in the school; she felt like she was in high school again with the thoughts she had.
“You talking about my personality or my outfit?” she joked playfully, putting down the paint brush she was using to paint a new bulletin board to face him fully. She was in a bright yellow ruffled blouse atop a white fitted skirt, she could be sunlight personified with the look itself. “I figured no one would be here since it’s vacation. I was just getting ahead on some things.” she explained, her hand gesturing to the bulletin board that had colors popping through the quote, “Show your true colors. That’s why we love you.” She chuckled to herself realizing as the music teacher, he should appreciate her using a song lyric for her board. “Cyndi Lauper fan?” she asked, referring to her song ‘True Colors.’

@eviesamsonteaches: how does one plan a spring carnival for Kindergarteners?! Asking for a friend! #overwhelmed #ineedvolunteers
I am just so happy when I find out someone I know/used to know is part of the LGBT+ community, even if we never talked much, if we lost touch or even if it’s a relative or friend of one of my friends.
I’m like yess! Go you! Kudos for realising you’re gay/ace/queer/whatever! Did you always know? Congrats! Have you just realised? Welcome to the party! We have cookies and board games.
It fills my heart with joy to know that someone has accepted themself for who they are and are now living as they should be, especially if they’ve been in the closet for a long time. Go you!!!
my back hurts. I hate it but I kinda hope it still hurts in the morning cause I have PE this week (and for the rest of the year...,. I'm sad.) and I really don't wanna do anything active. like I don't even have enough energy to stay awake during class without coffee or gum, how do you expect me to do physical exercise ??? I would literally rather be in family life all year than this.
