I don't, admittedly, have the spoons to create something today. But while I did the Octopuzzly of the day (lovely homage, btw, @myndelling & @gloomymegu), I couldn't just sit there and not participate in Tenshi Day any further. Therefore, I present to you these two companion pieces, which I completed some months ago and showed to my friends on Discord—but somehow never posted here.

They are, I think, the best photomanips (if not artworks) I have ever made. I've never felt that either of these movies got the official posters they deserved, and perhaps you remember this is not my first foray into "fan-poster'ing" for GoldenEye (my literal first post on tumblr). This new GoldenEye was inspired by my favorite Brosnan era poster (the white version of The World is Not Enough), while the Skyfall is a gift to @prismatic-bell... and all my 00q friends who wish that the official promo was prettier to hang on their wall, and featured Q where he belongs. And for the bondalec crowd... Alec too, incidentally.

(They're half the size of actual one sheet movie posters, btw)

I hope @tentacletenshi can see these, somehow. Photomanipping was one of her loves, and now definitely one of enduring legacies. She was a pillar of both 00q and bondalec—and still is, in a way. I have mourned her, and I miss her, and I'm glad the fandom celebrates her today.

Alec Trevelyan, RAF darling turned racing star, drives as if God owes him several favours. None of them intends to change for anyone. All three of them, inevitably, will. Endurance racing AU, loosely based on real events.

Here it is! I finished the story that was supposed to be three times shorter, but I was enjoying writing about cars, racing, and feelings a little too much.

It is certainly self-indulgent - I was surprised there was so little racing AUs in Bond fandom, considering Aston Martin is heavily featured in the movies, and they race. So I made this: Q as a young chief mechanic, with Alec and Bond as his drivers.
