It wasn’t the first time he had found himself at a A.EW taping, but this time he had no intention of staying hidden from the Ohioan. He had wanted to reach out to him for weeks now, maybe even months. And since he was still technically recovering, he couldn’t think of a better time than the present to pay his favorite person a visit. “Hey, I know you ain’t the most tech savvy guy, but would it kill you to pick up the phone and call me?” He teased. The only person who knew about his surprise visit was Claudio, and by some miracle the other man had managed to keep his mouth shut for once. “Ay, Claud next cup of Joe on me, pal.” He cackled as he approached the Ohioan with a grin. “You gonna say something, or are you gonna keep looking at me like I have crap on my face. I don’t do I?” He asked, running fingertips across his bearded jawline just to double check.

He sat there in disbelief that the older woman was even there. She'd come to Chicago to see him win the entire Continental Classic, surprising the newly crowned champ. Mox closed tired eyes the moment their foreheads met and Nattie straddled his lap to be able to do so. That adrenaline meter was quickly going down to zero. Even if the man's body was spent, this gave him an extra boost, arms wrapping around her to keep her close. "I just know I smell like a sweaty raccoon right now." A stifled chuckle slipped between their lips which were a couple inches apart. "..but fuck babe, it's so good to see ya. Touch ya.."

Nobody knew she was going to be there, not even her own boyfriend. There he was, battered, bruised and exhausted— but once the smoke cleared, he became a champion again. She smiled widely as their foreheads touched, his arms circling around her waist. It wasn’t about the new title he just won, her surprising him, was the true prize. ❝ Um, I think I’m pretty used to the musky smell by now. ❞ Nattie chuckled, pecking his lips. ❝ I love you. And I’m so proud of you. ❞

It was rare for the Ohioan to have nightmares, but it seemed the night terrors had worsen over the course of the month for his lover. Slowly his eyes adjusted to the dark room as he slowly opened his eyes. He could hear the small mutters from his lover as he tossed and turned beside him. “Jon…” words whispered as Roman leaned in over Jon with concern filled eyes. “I’m here.” He placed his lips against the other man’s shoulders peppering kisses until he was awake by his side.

“What the heck were you dreaming about? I was scared you were going to start throwing punches soon.” He said in a low voice. He allowed a hand to snake to the front of the Ohioan’s chest, finger tips softly caressing the flesh as a small trail was ran to his manhood where he began to stroke him softly. “Do you want me to help you take your mind off things, baby boy.” He leaned in, kissing the skin of Jon’s neck, nipping ever so lightly at the skin as he listened for a reply.

chelsea leans against the wall, one eyebrow raised, cast gleaming under the fluorescent lights like it’s a spotlight just for her. she tilts her head, lips curling into that signature smirk.

“so… i was thinking,” she begins, voice casual but dripping with mischief, “valentine’s day is coming up, and… maybe you and i could… be fake dates?”

she steps a little closer, letting the tension linger, eyes glinting. “i mean, totally fake. nothing serious. just… drinks, dinner, flirting, sex puns and maybe a little chaos. purely professional. you in?”

Rhea laughs not a polite sound, not even a cruel one just a raw, barking laugh that cuts straight through him. “That’s adorable,” she says, shaking her head slowly, eyes dark with amusement rather than interest. “You really think this is me pretending?” She steps closer just enough to make the air tighten, but there’s no hunger in it. No pull. “I don’t fail when I don’t want something. I dismiss it.” Her grin is sharp, knowing. “And trust me… you’ve never been on my list.”

She tilts her head, studying him like a chess piece instead of a man. “Now,” she continues, voice lowering, calculated, “if you’re talking about influence? Control? Leverage over a locker room that listens when you speak?” A shrug. “That’s different. Power’s always interesting.” Another soft laugh, darker this time. “But don’t confuse strategy with desire. If I ever use you, you’ll know and it still won’t be because I want you.”
