EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE IT’S UP!!!!
The Eddie Bravo Invitational is one of the most entertaining, highest paying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitions out there, and 10th Planet (the team run by Eddie Bravo) always has two slots. The first slot is for whoever Eddie decides, but the second is decided by a qualifier.
This. Is. That. Qualifier!!! Watch these badass ladies fight for the chance to be on the show, and get hyped for the main event on Sunday, December 9!
Edit: Please excuse my mini freakout here but there’s a lady helping someone warm up with an undercut and badass neck tats and I’ve met her!! She’s super nice!! I forgot her name but I’m illogically excited by this!!!

Day 1702
People of the internet, Eddie Bravo.
How cool is this.
The one and only Eddie Bravo was running a session at Eris Martial Arts in Peterborough today and I was lucky enough to catch it all. We repped a move he called ‘The Chemtrail’ and moved into Truck and Baseball Bat. Eddie talked about his love for Jiu-Jitsu and gave some great motivational tidbits to keep people training.
Highlight of the day: I was doing a move and added the calf attack while Eddie was walking by and gave him the thumbs up, he gave me the nod of approval.
Swoon.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I love a good conversation about conspiracy theories as much as the next guy, but Eddie took it to a whole new level. We literally stopped mid-training to listen to his ideas on chem-trails, dinosaurs, nuclear bombs and flat-earth.
It was a deep dive that may have missed the mark a bit on the crowd, but to hear it in person was totally worth it.
All in all I had a great time and continue to look for new avenues to learning more about Jiu-Jitsu.
Today I trained with the one and only Eddie Bravo.
Sooooo EBI 18 is coming up and I am excited!!! Since the qualifier for that isn’t up yet, I’m going to post the qualifier for the first ever Eddie Bravo Invitational to feature an all female card!
The way these qualifiers work is that sixteen 10th Planet people are invited to 10pHQ to duke it out for a spot in the competition and a chance for the grand prize
The second qualifier for the second all female EBI, #16!! Watch these badass ladies duke it out for a chance to be on the official show!
