In all honesty my size was never a problem, until it was. It was literally crippling me, holding me hostage, and I was suffocating in the thought of being healthy and feeling my best, but I had no idea where to start. Yes I had the desire to be healthy and wanted to, until I didn’t. I tried diet after diet and yes many worked and some worked well, until they didn’t! I asked for help, went to the gym, talked till I was blue in the face, until I didn’t. Sought medical attention, gave my issues over to the experts, they offered meds, procedures and promised me cures, until they didn’t! NO to living had become my motto until it wasn’t! Stuffing my emotions with food was my answer to everything until it wasn’t! Suffering from sadness, loneliness and constant dread was my daily, until it wasn’t!! It was in my darkest days that a friend was brave enough to offer me a solutions to a better, healthier life and future. I was on my death bed no longer searching when health found me. I don’t want you to get there❤️ I started nutritional cleansing in 2014, as the years, months and days go by my body continues to evolve and transform into something I’ve never seen. Something I’ve never seen on my body per say. For so long I thought it was about being skinny, it’s not, It is about HEALTHY. 🙏🏽💪🏿🌈🎊❤️ I know your thinking🤷🏿‍♀️ well that’s for you not me. Believe it or not I said the same thing. Even on my death bed a I said NO, at first!!! But I said yes. I stopped pretending and found products to fuel my body and because of that my whole life has changed! Here’s the reality, you don’t have to accept OR pretend to be okay.
