🔥 FEATURE FRIDAY 🔥 “When Lucy asked if she could feature me I politely declined. I told her when I made a little more progress she could and you all know what she did with that. She made me commit to it, write it down, and when I got to this weight she would be sending me a message to stick with what I promised. So here we are. I’m 53lbs down and while I’m still 10lbs away from my goal weight I’m actually in love with the body I am in right now. I never thought I’d say that so this is huge for me. I’m so grateful that I get to wake up and use my body to push myself mentally and physically. It’s all in the mindset people! Repeat after me: I can do this. I’ve just finished my second 8-week program with @dunnebells_ and can’t stop talking about how obsessed I am with everything this program offers. I’ve been able to eat my favourite muffins, still enjoy Chinese food every weekend and I’m slowly getting better at avoiding the scale to measure my results.
