Week 6 of P90X3
so far I’ve lost 3 inches from around my stomach and today from my highest weight I am down 14 LBS !!! I feel so good.

Please someone help me lose 14 lbs. I just want to get to 110 again. I promise I will stop then. I am desperate though. Ill do anything. Please just help me lose the weight.

So again, I went to see my doctor
For the first time in what seems like forever she didn't take blood and stab me with a needle so, right off the bat I was happy. Then I found out I lost 14 lbs in the last few weeks. I'm super proud of myself right now. I've been eating super healthy and working out. I owe a lot of thanks to my Manager Paul. He's been keeping me on track and really watching out for me. Gotta love that guy.
