Day 43 eccentric upper
jawohl ich bin zurück habe heute jede Übung gesteigert mit bis zu zwei Kilo. Auch bei den Klimmzügen habe ich mich jeweils um eine verbessert. Entweder bin ich leichter geworden oder ich habe mehr Kraft bekommen. Ja schön langsam glaube ich, ich werde besser yes I'm back today have each exercise increased by up to two pounds. Day 36 eccentric upper replay
Bin soweit einiger maßen wieder fit. Somit konnte ich das Training wieder aufnehmen mit, den gleichen Gewichten wie ich es vor der Erkältung beendet habe. Es war sehr hart aber ich habe es geschafft sogar mit einer kleinen Steigerung. Hoffe ich bleibe nun von Erkältungen verschont bis zum Urlaub . Am far as reasonably fit again. Thus I was able to resume training with the same weights as I finished it before the cold. It was very hard but I did it even with a small increase. Hope I stay now spared from colds to holiday
Day36 eccentric upper
Heute habe ich alle Übungen mit 10kg Hanteln ausgeführt Bis auf die Schulterübung, die mit 5kg Leider habe ich noch immer Probleme mit den Klimmzügen. Es gehen einfach nur 7 bis 6 Wiederholungen Today I have completed all the exercises with dumbbells 10kg Up on the shoulder exercise with 5kg Unfortunately I still have problems with the pull-ups. It just go 7-6 reps
Day 32 eccentric lower
Heute war eccentric lower an der Reihe. Es hat mich richtig fertig gemacht. Zwar nicht körperlich sondern psychisch ! Wie soll man so Gleichgewichtsübungen mit Gewicht ausführen wenn man nicht mal das Gleichgewicht halten kann. Balance Übungen sind meine neue Hassübung, hab voll abgeloost und nicht mal richtig geschwitzt. Today eccentric lower was his turn. It made me really ready. While not physically but mentally! How is one to perform balance exercises with weight if you can not even keep his balance. Balance exercises are my new hate exercise, have fully loost and not even a sweat.
Day 29 eccentric upper
was für ein hartes Training zu Beginn des 2. Block Klimmzüge hatte ich nie mehr als 7 und bei Plyo Pushups bin ich auf die Fresse gefallen, aber ich habe noch ganz viel Luft nach oben :-) what a hard workout at the beginning of the second block Pull-ups I never had more than 7 and Plyo Pushups I fell on his face but I still have a lot of room for improvement :-)
Just finished Eccentric Upper. I love this workout! Push-ups, pull-ups, and weights. Always makes me feel energized afterwards and leaves my muscles with a good-soreness. I added a few crunches too, just because I felt like it.

We are in the home stretch here for P90X3. Our last day will officially be March 25th! We are both really excited and Block 3 seems to be really pushing the limits for us being that we are doing the Doubles Schedule. With that in mind I have determined that Block 3 is really the time in P90X3 where you have to give it your all, no holds barred, so to speak. Now that doesn’t mean I am saying…
