I kept waking up all night, it's been an issue lately that I'm hoping exercise and healthier living will resolve.  As my husband was leaving for work, he came in and made me walk him to the door to ensure I'd get out of bed to exercise.  So glad he did! I know I would've easily stayed in bed had he not been there.

I did my first workout of 2013 in my pajama pants and a robe, although the robe came off about half way through the Fat Burning Cardio Warm Up. :)

So, high five for achieving my first goal of my 2013 New Year's Resolution! I got out of bed 30 minutes earlier, and I exercised!  Now to have some breakfast and make lunch! I see granola and yogurt in my near future...here's the links to the Blogilates videos I did today!
