Rampo Kitan: Game of Laplace

So if you've watched this anime and thought "wtf" I genuinely don't blame you. The only reason I enjoyed it is because I REALLY LIKE EDOGAWA RANPO'S WORK AND In the anime there are a lot of references to his works. Now I wish it was longer because it felt like the cases were a bit "unfinished" in a way, but this is the best we can get with a 12 EP Anime.

Last Christmas I got two new books😋 though I haven't had the chance to read them yet💔💔💔 believe it or not I'm actually quite busy and now it has become a bit quieter 🌸

So this is old art from two years ago 😭 but I don't think it's that bad! IT DOES NEED A FEW REFINMENT HERE AND THERE BUT OVERALL NOT MY LEAST FAVORITE!

Thoughts after episode 17, mostly on Hanasaki

The episode wasn’t boring, even if I didn’t get what I thought. We got sort of explanation on Kobayashi power, how it might work. Disbanding of Boys Detective Club and our Immortal Boy fighting for his life. And in the end we have premise of 20 Faces premise to appear.

We also got Hanasaki. The longer I think about him, the more angry and annoyed I get at him. 

Kobayashi got shot to protect him, he was near death because of him. He tried to help him, but.... Why he went with Hide? He knewhim for how long? A half day? Day? When he heard “You’re one of us now”, he was like: “Ok, these guys changed, I changed, so let’s go!”. Yea, everyone changed, but it doesn’t  mean you can leave like that. barely alive kid, who put his life at risk for you. Kobayashi was sort of Hanasaki responsibilty: as Akech said, it was Hanasaki that made Kobayashi want to live again, he gave him fun, place to belong in Boys Detective Club. Not Inoue, not Akechi, but him. And he went, because they changed. 

I feel like Hanasaki cannot face reality, he just runs away. His Brother and Akechi lied to him he runs away,20 Faces used him and made hurt his friends, he runs away again. And now, when Kobayashi got hurt and he noticed that everyone changed, he decides to go away again, to guys who shielded woman who shot his friend, the people he barely knew. 

It makes me really angry.
