There's no doubt that Sorachi fought until the very end to give a proper ending to his series and it can be noticed.

Gintama's last chapter have my emotions in a Rollercoaster but is without doubt, one of the best endings of Shonen mangas in the past years so far.

Cleaned out Poppy’s tank. Never got around to putting her name sticker on the tank. After she died, I made impressions of her tail and feet. I’m glad she died in her warm tank and not at the clinic. I hope she didn’t suffer. She seemed to go quickly.
