First achievement of 2021: Completed my first #28daysofweightloss challenge! 28/28 Basically did my last 3 meals steamed, grilled and pan seared, had my fibers from vegetables of all colours white, yellow, purple, green, brown, orange, red, with some extra protein from my walnuts and legumes, besides tofu, egg and salmon. Loved the support, motivation and advice from the TLS trainers and international community, also thankful for my knowledge from previous 21days challenge.
