It is the second day I have been back at school and my healthy eating definitely started off on the right track. It, however, did not do well towards the end of the day because 1) one of my roommates put a bag of candy in the common room and 2) at 11:30 pm we went to watch one of my other roommates perform at an open mic night and there was free food, and then 3) we stole and ran back to the dorm with a whole box of pizza.
breakfast: apple, pineapple slices, hard boiled egg.
lunch: clif bar, mini three musketeers bar (x3), mini milky way bar, mini almond joy bar, mini reeses cup, kiwi strawberry snapple.
dinner: salad (lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard dressing), apple, pineapple slices.
late night snack: red velvet cupcake and a pizza slice.
However, I do not feel as bad about what I ate as much as I normally would because I did manage to go to the gym around nine last night! I missed the treadmills there so much because they are better than mine at home.
Exercise: run a mile at 5.0 mph, run a mile at 6.0 mph, and walk a mile at 3.5 mph.
