36Magazine Nipped and Flared : Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Van Stam, Jennifer Aniston & Freida Pinto

In the October issue of the 36Magazine, former fashion editor, Alexis Chaffe showed us all the ways to wear the nipped and flared peplum trend this spring/summer season. With a wide selection from the designers and brands on Style36, Alexis was able to demonstrate the many ways to wear a peplum. We are quite fond of the peplum dress, always acceptable at work and a touch more glamorous than the average pencil skirt and blouse combo.

Over the past few months we have seen our fair share of celebrities and the peplum from top to bottom, here are are our top peplum dresses, unusual sometimes quirky but always fabulous. Scarlett Johansson in this Prada dress was a knockout, paired with the milkmaid braid as the perfect accessory. Jessica Van Stam at the Met Gala in the John Galliano for Dior couture gown, was simply ravishing, and it makes us miss Mr Galliano's fantasy touch at the head of the fashion house.  Jennifer Aniston broke away from her signature LBD dress 'uniform' and it worked ,this Tom Ford peplum dress fit like a glove. Freida Pinto received mixed reviews when she wore this Versace couture dress to the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year. We love the unusual peplum detail on the hip trust Versace to give us something to think about.

36Magazine Studded Style : Lala Vasquez, Heidi Klum, Fergie & Christine Centenera

Have you taken a look at the October Issue of 36Magazine yet? Filled with the latest product to hitStyle36, a DIY page ,two editorial stories and a Beauty section it is definitely a must-see. One of the top trends this season is studds, studded denim jackets, bags and of course shoes. Studded shoes are all the rage and from designers labels to local retailers there is sure to be style for you. Presenter, Lala Vasquez's studded loafers are possibly the trendiest shoe of the moment. The studs bring the flats to life, and prove heels aren't your only alternative when adding sparkle to your wardrobe. If however you love heels, you can never go wrong with  studded slingback like Heidi Klum and her nude Louboutins. Fergie's studded black court shoes are rock n rock edgy, they suit her personality and work well paired with the leather skirt and tee combo. Australian Vogue Fashion Editor, Christine Centenera knows that the perfect shoe can transform an entire outfit, although the melange skirt and jumper look fabulous on their own, the Givenchy pale blue studded heels give this look an ultra glam feel, just moving it up a notch into high fashion mode.

The September Issue, In Full Bloom - Gingham Dresses

We have plenty of items featured in the September issue in 36Magazine that have yet to appear on the 3Boutiques site. We love to excite our readers and customers with the fabulous upcoming product. One of our favourite products coming soon from Adam&Eve are these gingham pastel coloured dresses. Perfect for summer as it comes in two trendy colours and this light fabric is just what many of us look for in summer dresses. And we aren't the only ones loving gingham.

Dita Von Teese a glamourous retro style icon wore this gingham dress to Coachella music festival earlier this year. Olympic Fever : Cheryl Cole, Eva Longoria & Jennifer Lopez

With Olympic Fever having reached boiling point, sports inspired fashion was the obvious next step in trends this year. Sports Luxe filtered down the runway and onto the streets with fashionistas everywhere wearing neoprene, neon and lycra. Top designers like Alexander Wang and Stella McCartney added a fashion edge to a sports theme and celebrities followed suit. One of our favourite designers Victoria Beckham's spring/summer 2012 collection included a host of sports inspired bodycon dresses in bold colours. Cheryl Cole's VB dress is another classic example of how sports and fashion met on the red carpet. We also love Eva Longoria & Jennifer Lopez in VB's collection, they both choose to pair their dresses with strappy heels. Festival Styling : Dita Von Teese

Dita Von Teese is another celebrity who is often spotted at the Coachella festival. Year after year we are treated to more of Dita's festival styling, gorgeous dresses in colourful prints and and flowing textures. We love that she stays true to her vintage-inspired style complete with the red lips and sunnies. If you are not a regular on the festival scene, a fun dress is your easiest solution to staying trendy and comfortable without trying too hard.
