OH MY GOD!
I keep seeing pictures of people eating watermelons. Where tf are buying them from because I’ve wanted watermelons since.... December. It’s April now. Still no watermelons :’(
So I know freelee is bad news bears, but is rt4 100% bad? Is there a better way to eat more raw foods without going completely raw, or could you point me to some resources? I've tried to sift through google, but there's a lot of contradicting info.
Hey anon!!I don’t necessarily think that Raw Til 4 is bad at all! Whatever you want to eat and put into your body is good as long as it’s vegan! I know I used to eat a lot of rt4 because it felt great and made me feel really good. Plus I do start every morning with a smoothie so I feel ya on the raw shit.
If you want information on going Raw, check out 40BelowFruity and TannyRaw on YouTube because they have great information about eating raw foods. But otherwise just type all your food into Cronometer to help you and make sure you are getting enough nutrients and vitamins and minerals and all the good shit. My advice to you would be that raw foods digest better and faster so if you eat those before cooked foods it will help with your digestion and won’t make you feel bloated!

She's basically saying, you should rather stay on something like raw till 4 and keep it up than do fullyraw but go back to cooked foods because you can't sustain it. It made me think. Am I doing this for life? And even though it seems like such a big thing, my answer might be yes. I feel great living this way and at the moment I don't see why I should stop.
