IF I SEE ANOTHER FITNESS POST SAYING “DRINK COFFEE” I’M GOING TO START A RIOT!
Yes, you will initially lose weight by drinking coffee because coffee is a diuretic (so you lose weight by dehydrating yourself). But eventually, you’ll gain weight. Coffee causes the body to be acidic which promotes fat (and cancer growth). It also makes you constipated, making it very hard to lose weight because of all the shit clogged inside you. USE YOUR FUCKING HEAD AND STOP DRINKING COFFEE!

Most of the world uses the metric system, but I never see songs or poems mention kilometers, it’s always miles
Metric System by Justin Russo
I was watching Gravity Falls and... I can't believe I never noticed it before!
Official non fan made leak of Ariana’s solo version of “Don’t Be Gone Too Long’ has leaked.
I’m glad I lived enough to witness this holy solo
They should do a sequel to Ferris Bueller’s Day Off where he skips a day of work as an adult.
Isn't that just a movie about a grown man in his pyjamas watching Netflix?
Christina Grimmie didn't have to die yesterday but she did...
… because America is a country full of *bleeeeeep*.
Hear me out, America. I’m saying this as the once mocked but now growingly becoming the superior country, Canada.
Seriously, America. You used to be at the top. YOU STOPPED WORLD WAR II! What happened to you though. Now you’re just a country of intolerant weirdos resistant to any positive change.
You guys have come so far with the lgbt movement and black lives matter. And I’m not saying that either of these movements have achieved perfect equality and acceptance. I am saying that there needs to be an active lobby against gun violence who aim to change the second amendment. And more importantly, these people need to get on TV and youtube!!! They need to contact Durianrider and need to have him give them a lesson on getting views!
I honestly feel like there are more Canadians concerned about gun violence in America than there are concerned Americans. America, your neighbours to the north want good things for you. So open your eyes and realize that what you’re currently doing is destructive and it’s time for a change.
We understand that baring arms was a part of early American culture. But we also know that black slavery and segregation was once also a part of your culture. HOWEVER, you realized what you were doing was wrong and you have change your ways since then (for the most part - wtf, po-po?!).
The point is, you need to change! Do it for Christina Grimmie. Do it for the 50 killed at Pulse Nightclub today. Do it for the 32 killed at Virginia Tech. Do it for the 27 killed at Sandy Hook Elementary school. Do it for all the other mass shootings and individual shootings that have occurred in the US.
For those of you who don’t believe that gun availability is the cause for gun violence, take a look at this comparison: in Chicago, the deaths from homicide for 2015 was 468. In Toronto (a city similar in size to Chicago but without easy access to guns) the death toll was 56. In 2014, Chicago’s homicide rate was 416, while Toronto’s was 57. Do you see a trend? Restricted access to guns = lower gun violence. Of course, even Toronto has a gun violence problem. But it’s not nearly as bad as Chicago!
Discovering that Christina has passed away because of someone who presumably wasn’t right in the head and had access to a gun breaks my heart. Just like it breaks my heart to hear about the pulse nightclub shooting and the children shot at Sandy Hook Elementary. But I know that shit like this will continue happen because America won’t change anytime soon. They’re probably too busy ogling over Dash-ass.
I only have one thing left to say: if you are not against restriction of gun access, you are also responsible for gun violence because YOU ARE THE ENABLER!
Rest in Peace, Christina!
"You're not vegan. You're plant-based"
It’s not fucking helping, guys! It’s hard enough getting people to go vegan without the dumb-fuck drainbows nazi vegan police bombarding every newbie-vegan with “you’re not vegan, you’re plant-based”. Let me clarify. I’m not talking about people who say this to those creeps who “go vegan”, decide it’s not for them, and then start eating “free-range, grass-fed” carcasses. I’m talking about the shitcunts who say it to new vegans who still might use makeup tested on animals or clothes made from animals that they purchased before going vegan. It’s like saying “you took a giant step towards making the world a better place but you’re still not good enough to sit with us.”
Besides, who fucking cares what brings people to veganism (or plant-based-ism?) Point is, they’re not contributing to the animal exploitation, climate change, habitat destruction, and the global food shortage.
Rather than discouraging them for what they lack, why not give them encouraging, constructive feedback. How about saying “hey, congrats on changing your lifestyle. You’re going to love this change. I noticed you still use ____. Heads up, ____ still contributes to animal exploitation, climate change, habitat destruction and the global food shortage. If you’re interested, you could check out some vegan alternative at ______.” These are the people who actually woke the fuck up, took the damn blue pill and went vegan. You don’t need to act like assholes for you to get their attention on these issues! But if you do continue to be an asshole, they’re going to see for who you truly are: an asshole.
Here's a newsflash! Not everyone’s going to go vegan for the animals. Lots of people believe that cows, chickens, and goats are God’s good creatures that were sent from above for humans to consume (I didn’t say pigs Jews and Muslims don’t consume pigs - same thing though). Don’t try to argue with God. You won’t win! Make your argument side with God! It’s easy! God said to be good to the poor. That’s a belief held by almost all religions. Eating animal products steal food away from those in developing nations. Help them make that connection, then mention the health benefits of veganism, and let their conscience do the rest. Even if they don’t go “vegan for the animals” right away, eventually they’ll realize that it’s not necessary for humans to eat animals for survival - AND that God probably made eating animals “permissible” to increase the chances of survival for all those Isrealites, Christians, and Arabs who lived in deserts that frequently experienced famine!!!!
(That was a tangent) Point is, STOP BEING TOTAL DICKHEADS AND BE NICE TO NEW VEGANS!!!
I already know that none of the dumb-fuck drainbows nazi vegan police aren’t going to read this and say “woah! I must change my ways and become a hippy-dippy vegan. Namaste, my brothers and sisters of Mother Earth. Let me enlighten you onto the path of serenity (while ignoring Syrian cries for help).” And here is the reason why:
You’re a bunch of whiny-ass bitches who could never get along with the other kids at school so you learned that the best way to cope is by antagonizing the popular kids so everyone thinks you purposely set yourself apart from the other instead of knowing the truth about how you’re an uninteresting weirdo who nobody wants to be around. And that trait has never left you even after you finished school, which is why you are now a dumb-fuck drainbow nazi vegan police who antagonize the vegan popular kids/the vegan new kid in order to feel superior about yourself.

Fairy Layered Cake by @myjuicykids_andme 💜
Recipe: Makes 10-12 muffins or 1 large cake. CRUST: 100g cashew nuts 30g shredded coconut 80 g dates (approx. 8 dates) 1 tbsp maple syrup Pinch of salt
FILLING: 500 g soaked cashew nuts 200 g maple syrup or another sweetener 100 g melted cacao butter or coconut oil. (She used coconut oil) 150 ml water Lemon juice from ½ lemon A few frozen blueberries for colour) Blue spirulina or green. (She used blue)
METHOD: Line 10-12 muffin forms with baking paper or a 24 cm round cake tin. Process all the ingredients for the crust in your food processor and press the crust onto the round cake tin or muffin forms and refrigerate. Blend all the filling ingredients (except blueberries and spirulina) until smooth and creamy! Divide the filling in three. The first you leave natural. The second you blend with blueberries. The third you add a little spirulina. It won’t taste of it! Pour filling over the crust and freeze 3 hours or till set. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with blueberries. Very simple. Enjoy! #letscookvegan
06.07.2016 (Not really)
I came home from school late and missed the deadline… I don’t know what to write. I don’t know how to be positive - at least not right now. I like Girl Meets World. It used to make me happy. But now watching this entire situation between Riley, Maya, and Lucas just makes me extremely upset. They’re too young to be going through all that. I’M TOO YOUNG TO BE GOING THROUGH ALL THAT and I’m 21! I don’t know how to deal with that shit. I dealt with it when I was 14 - it drove a wedge between me and my ex-best friend. Now, we’re total frenemies. At least, I’ve grown up since then. Now that I’m in my 20s, I know that if a friend likes a guy, that makes him “her guy” and is seen as a “bro”. My friends understand that too. I guess that’s something positive. We grew up.
Lately, I love watching Daria. She’s cynical as hell, which is why I named this 30 day challenge after her. Logically, if I’m trying to be less cynical, I should avoid watching it. But for some reason, watching Daria makes me happy.
I think I’ve been more cynical than usual lately because of stress from school. I really hate it! I don’t understand how they can justify putting in so much information into 1 course. The professor teaching the course thought it was ridiculous too and said the faculty should break it up into 2 courses of 1 full year course.
Regardless of all the stresses though, in the end of the day, I get to crawl in bed and sleep (unless I need to pull an all-nighter). Jeez, this positivity thing isn’t working.
Happiness is Jaam-e-Shirin. End of Story. Good bye.
30 Day Challenge: Deprogramming your inner Daria Morgendorffer
I’ve been told I’m too cynical.... WELL WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU EXPECT ME TO BE? ...OVER JOYED THAT THE WORLD IS BECOMING A SHITHOLE FOR THE GREEDY PURSUIT OF MONEY?
...HYSTERICALLY HAPPY THAT PEOPLE ARE DYING OF STARVATION TO FEED OTHER HUMANS WHO ARE DYING OF OBESITY-RELATED DISEASES?
...FUCKING ECSTATIC ABOUT HOW THE ANIMAL AGRICULTURE INDUSTRY RAPES, TORTURES, AND ENSLAVES ANIMAL BECAUSE *BACON THO*?
...WONDERFULLY PEACHY ABOUT HOW INNOCENT SYRIANS, PALESTINIANS, AND IRAQIS ARE SUFFERING BECAUSE OF THE BULLSHIT THAT HAS TAKEN OVER THEIR COUNTRIES AND THE LACK OF HELP THEY’RE RECEIVING FROM STABLE GOVERNMENTS?
But I do agree that I should stop being so cynical. I can see the social implications of being so cynical. I just can’t let my cynical-ness effect my social life because how else am I supposed to promote veganism to the world.
So I have decided to introduce “The 30 Day Deprogram Your Inner Daria Morgendorffer Challenge” in attempt to make me a less cynical person. For the next 30 days, I have to write about something positive. Anything positive. That’s it. Seems simple. I hope it is. Day 1 starts on June 7th, 2016. If any of you are cynical little Daria Morgendorffers and want to change, join me. Although I have a feeling that cynical people don’t want to change.
Anyways, this should be an interesting experience. Let’s see how it goes.
Last few hours before Ramadhan begins (In shaa Allah)
