Starting weight: 217lbs
Last weeks weigh in: 189lbs
This weeks weigh in: 181lbs
So last weeks weight was the Christmas Chonk Check and I had gained 8lbs of Christmas Chonk, HOWEVER, ya girl thought most of it was bloating because realistically she had gluten and or dairy every day over the 2 weeks holiday, AND YA GIRL WAS RIGHT! Because after 1 week of the 30 day detox she is back down to 181lbs!!!!!!!
So ya girl is still aiming for 180lbs.
Running plan didn’t go according to plan this week coz first week back at work + children with vomiting bug meant I didn’t really have time.
This week I’m gonna start from week 2 as there isn’t much more running in it (more walking though, which I can do)
I got this.
