⭐ HAPPY 4TH ANNIVERSARY TO THE CUPHEAD SHOW! ⭐

Here's the process of it all!!!

Let me tell you when I say I worked my BUTT off on this art piece, I mean it. Over two weeks I spent working on this gosh-darn thing!!! But anywho, it's done and done, and I can finally relax- for now. I really hope all of you enjoy this piece nonetheless! I'd say I did a much better job compared to the piece I've made for the third anniversary (and DEFINITELY the second 😂), though I still love that one, too.

There's about 50 characters or so included here, try to spot your favourites! I just HAD to include a cake for this, it's been on my mind for so long! And hey - perhaps the characters included here are made of fondant, cuz this is SUCH a huge cake for anyone on the isles to bake. Either Saltbaker put in so much dedication (like me, lol) into making the cake leviathan, or it was enlarged with the help of Old Scratch. 🤭

BUT ANYWAY!!! I find it hard to believe that this show's been around for four whole years. I'll never forget the times when I did the Countdown and got to see some clips of the show early! Those were surely the days. I absolutely adore this show with all my heart, as well as the amazing people I've met thanks to our love for it. All who worked on this show must've had a ton of fun, I could tell by reading the entire art book! They should all be truly proud of themselves for making this show as a loveletter to new and old fans of the Cuphead game, and even animation as a whole.

That's about all I have to say, there's no way I can tag all of the characters here as it's take forEVER 😭. Still, I quite like what I've said above. I hope it touched you in some way, whether you still watch the show or not. I can only wonder what awaits Studio MDHR and/or Cuphead in the near future - maybe a new game possibly 👀 But if you ask me, I would personally LOVE a new Cuphead novel. They're really fun to read. Rest assured, my heart will EXPLODE if we ever get to see our porcelain pals back on television, or heck, the big screen!!! Anything can happen, but I think I speak for TONS of folks when I say we'll be keeping our hopes high, and then some. Thank you so much, Studio MDHR and everyone else who worked on this show for making it possible. I'll never forget the amount of joy it has brought to me. ❤

"Wow! 4 years, huh? Time sure flew by. Feels like only yesterday that we opened gates to this community, a flood of people ready to simply set things on fire for shits and giggles. No little amount of chaos that we adore from our members.

We honestly find ourselves shocked to see the community still thriving after so long, the life expectancy of the server that started this all having not been that high. Yet, 4 years later, and we are still standing strong, and it is thanks to everyone who has showed up to express their love for the one gremlin most of the fandom turned their backs to. Be it those in the server or those who decided to follow the blog and participate in our events.

To that, we say thank you, this community wouldn't have been what it is now without the efforts of every single one of you that made these past 4 years absolutely magical.

A couple days late but I’m glad I was able to finish this fairly quickly. Happy fourth anniversary to the Rise Movie!

And now for something, completely different...COOSSY STYLE!!✨🧁🦋✨

While still aiming to achieve my dream target of earning a place at the one and only DreamWorks, I was advised to take a different approach on my art style and have a go at drawing semi-realistic, because that's one of the main things that DreamWorks is looking for😌

So after seeing some examples on YouTube, I decided to take a shot at my very first semi-realistic attempt and...wow!😲I still ask myself, 'Did I really draw all of this??'😳

And the answer is, yes!😁And I couldn't be more proud as well as amazed!!🤩I was having so much fun with the different brushes I've never seen before, discovering different tools and effects, and just going wild, especially with the smudge tool - which has become one of my new faves!🤭

The story behind this piece is that I imagined Cooper having a mysterious dream about me/my trollsona. We fall asleep together whilst on our adventure, and Cooper finds himself in a mysterious forest at nighttime, anxiously looking for me... When he spies a bright light. He comes closer and to his complete surprise, it is revealed to be me... Greatly overpowered by none other than Harmonia's full power (hence being her vessel and successor and in my stories). Cooper bravely steps closer as I grow calmer when I see him and he rests his forehead against my own, before the dream ends. And Cooper wakes up suddenly, yet is relieved that I was still resting beside him...

I am especially pleased of how I've added highlights to Cooper's silhouette, the making of the rainbow butterflies, the extravagant details of my overpowered form and the swiftness effect within the background~👏🏻☺️💖
