5lbs down & small update

I feel like it’s a small accomplishment but it still matters :-) I’ve lost it before I can lose it again. Gonna keep it off this time....my family reunion is coming up in July I definitely have to stick to my plan til then ya’know how older black folk are lolz if you don’t eat they think you’re being funny gotta get this next 15lbs off so I too can be ankles deep in the bbq & cake...ugh so many birthday’s ahead....... dark chocolate cake is my weakness (viking self stands on mountain top in a blizzard while starring at the mutant cake warriors coming towards me)

Day 148 - floral top and a puppy for national puppy day Over 5 lbs lost I'm back to fitting in multiple pairs of jeans, so why not wear them. I paired these cropped jeans with a floral top from Joie, flats, and a black jacket. I'm also holding Wiley for national puppy day. I'm another 1.1lbs down, which means 5.3 lbs down from when I started posting my weekly weight. I'm celebrating this success and looking forward to more in the future. This week's weight: 165.4 lbs Last week: 165.5 (-1.1 lbs) Total weight loss: 5.3 lbs (Top: Joie, jacket: aday, jeans: Hudson, shoes: Tory Burch)

Lawdy Lawdy my legs are on fire! Tonight tried a zumba class at #muvfitness and damn it was fun I loved it! My legs though haha I’m not quite sure how I got up the stairs to my bedroom but I think I’ll just roll down tomorrow morning. It Happened!

I've lost 5lbs this week! I was making myself eat only 1200 calories when I realized I just couldn't do that, so I upped my calorie intake to 1600 and I'm doing amazing. Almost two weeks in and my resolve is holding :) I've cut WAY back on soda, I was drinking probably 3 Rt. 44 Dr. Peppers a day which equal out to a little over a gallon. I only have a Dr. Pepper if my calories allow it for the day. Once I lose 10lbs I'm going to get a gym membership at a local all women's gym and I'm so excited!!!
