One of the teachers is leaning in with the fact that the kids love saying "six seven" by switching her call for them to pay attention to be "Four five!" and the kids reply back "SIX SEVEN!!!".

It's the most successful way to get them to pay attention that I've yet to see, lol.

Professor Crewels' class was quite engaging to the average young magician at nrc, so as the unlucky magic less prefect, aside from collecting ingredients for potions, they often had to rely on Grim to do everything concerned with magic.

Crewel's polished shoes clicked across the floor as he explained an overview for the new potion they had to 'master' to pass, flicking his crop across wooden desks, some students flinched, cowered or seemed relatively unfazed.

"-and, to be frank, this potion only contains 67% the concentrat of the regular dosage, sevens know what I can trust with you unruly pups."

"Pft... 6.. 7.."

Professor Crewels turned sharply on his heel as Grim released a sudden, 'myah!' From getting manhandled into doing an odd gesture, having only been sat quietly on their lap.

"Prefect, is there something you found funny?"

Embarrassment crept up from their collar as they were the sole subject of the professor's discerning eye, hearing snickers from their fellow students, and feeling the questioning glance from ace and deuce.

"Ahem, no professor, I just g-got a hair in my throat. "

Clearing their throat a few times mire to accentuate their claim, silently praying that professor Crewel wouldn't press on the matter any more

Crewels raised a sharp eyebrow, clearly suspicious, but grim began to speak up, asking why they had yanked him around like a puppet to do some foreign gesture.

But alas he was quickly put off as the prefect snapped his jaw shut with their hand, muffling his protests.

"Alright, do stay quiet now, like a good pup."

I haven't a clue how to write for crewel nor do I know most of his character. So mischaracterisation is to be expected, I fear, and I apologise in advance.
