guys is this a safe space to say that when I was reading 6oc for the first time I for some reason pictured Jesper as white.

like I didn't know he was black until I reread CK the second time?? idk how I missed that but I used to picture him as like. Jasper from twilight but actually funny/cool or wtv and in a beige cowboy outfit. prolly because Jasper and Jesper sound similar so my 11yo mind mixed up the two

anyways I'd like to apologize to Jesper and all Jesper fans on behalf of me at 11. that's mb gang he looks much cooler in my head now

I actually love that we don’t get a wylan pov until crooked kingdom, because you go through pretty much all of the first book thinking it’s a story about a sweet, innocent, delicate little mercher’s boy who is, under the tutelage of a hardened criminal, learning to express his true self. And then you get wylan’s pov in book 2 and realise his “true self” is completely fucking unhinged
