This 7-layer dip is a delicious twist on classic chili dogs, perfect for football season gatherings or any party. It's loaded with flavor and makes for a hearty and satisfying snack.
Ingredients: 1 can 16 ounces refried beans. 1 cup prepared chili. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup diced hot dogs. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos. 1/4 cup sour cream. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro. Tortilla chips, for serving.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a 9-inch pie dish or similar oven-safe dish, spread refried beans in an even layer. Layer chili over the beans, followed by shredded cheddar cheese, diced hot dogs, diced onions, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapenos. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Dollop sour cream over the top and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
