This Guacamole Cilantro Lime Cheeseburger is a delicious twist on a classic cheeseburger. The combination of creamy guacamole, zesty cilantro, and tangy lime takes your burger to the next level of flavor!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup guacamole. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves. 1 lime, sliced. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 4 red onion slices.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add pepper and salt. Put the burger patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare or until they're done the way you like them. In the last minute of cooking, cover the grill and add a lot of shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty. This will melt the cheese. Split the burger buns in half and toast them a little on the grill while the burgers are cooking. On the bottom half of each toasted bun, spread a lot of guacamole. Put a lettuce leaf on top of the guacamole, then a burger patty with cheese that has melted on top of that. On top of the burger, put a tomato slice, a red onion slice, and a few fresh cilantro leaves. Fresh lime juice should be squeezed over the cilantro. The top half of the bun should then be put on top of the fish. Warm up your Guacamole Cilantro Lime Cheeseburger and serve it with your favorite sides.
