If in this AU Omegaverse is reality does that mean that...NON-omegaverse trope exist in their world?!!
Idia just reading copious amount of non-omegaverse fics and playing non-omegaverse dating games. He refers to it as "hard mode" tropes because there's no scents or psychic links that help identify compatibility with packmates or mates in general. "Its always the master mode to most games, the hardes romanceable characters are usual those with no Alignment."
MC nods, agreeing. They don't understand what he is saying but they nod out of politeness. They think he's talking about star signs or birthcharts.
"But I've cracked the code! There are still patterns to beating the game, heehee." And then he just explains the concept of normal courting back in Non-omega MCs world.
"Oh,. that doesn't sound hard. Isnt that like, common?"
Idia stops mid-brag.

Surprisingly, rather than get jealous you ignited his Otaku-mode and he just yapped to you about the lore of Non-Alignment trope (its what Non-omegaverse is called) in media.
You didn't undestand the big deal, but you excitedly shared your thoughts and the movies from your world.
At one point, however, you get into a disagreement.
"Are you ragebaiting me rn, dude?"
"No???I'm just saying what you said doesn't make sense..."
"Oh so now you're the master of Non-alignment tropes!"
"I won't call it a trope, its simply..romance?"
Idia made a face
"Wow, didn't peg ya for someone who confuses fiction with reality..."
