Hello! I'm here to visit a patient for his birthday. I brought the paperwork for my visit's registration. His name is Philip Ojomo. I brought a present for him, do you have to check it? (The present is a boxed slice of cake and plastic spoon from a cafe, it doesn't appear to be tampered with. There's also a pair of warm socks with grippy bottoms, and a light, paperback book.)

Ah, this is so exciting! When Philip admitted himself into the asylum, he gave us very little information, i'm so glad to know there are people out there looking out for him! Oh, I bet he will be so happy, thank you so much. Let me just look over the paperwork and the present to make sure everything is in order.
