We've all seen how this goes.
Dwight has gone through a lot of jobs.
But they almost always end the same.
Fired for something ridiculous.
Company suffers some unimaginable horror.
Or an unholy combination of the two.
Dwight leaves and tears and self hatred.
But, despite all that, he's an excellent co-worker.
"No problem. I'm happy to help."
A simple, thank you, will send him spiraling.
Sometimes almost crying he's so grateful.
That being said, don't take advantage of him.
He's had enough of that in his life.
And he certainly doesn't need any more.
Make sure to be a team player and help him out sometimes.
He has a bad habit of agreeing to help too many people and then being overloaded.
He also has an unlucky streak with technology.
That, or the printer really hates him.
Any IT issues will have to be taken up with someone else.
Because Dwight will make it worse.
Dwight wears a Hawaiian shirt and khakis.
Don't laugh at him directly, he will cry.
Super positive and uplifting.
With him around, work is much more enjoyable.
Having him around almost guarantees you won't have a bad day.
And she'll make sure everyone knows it.
And if you think she's a bitch?
Punctual, elegant, classy.
Just a few words used to describe her.
To be fair, she had to manage the career of a K-pop serial killer.
So Yun-Jin is bound to be a little tightly wound up.
She knows what she wants, and she takes it.
She doesn't care who she has to push down the ladder to get it.
That being said, she isn't a horrible boss.
She doesn't just hand out compliments to anyone.
When you do impress her, the praise will mean something.
She's knows what it's like to be overloaded with work and doesn't want to do that to anyone else.
Besides, she prefers to do the work herself anyways.
Her teams are always small, but close knit powerful.
Yun-Jin is also extremely perceptive.
She knows when something is happening or some thing is about to happen. Good or bad.
Keenan Wise in the business world, she knows when to strike and when to hold back.
She expects obedience from her team.
But, what will really impress her is if you call her out on a mistake.
It may seem like a scary thing to do, but she admires bravery and taking risks.
So don't be afraid. She won't bite that hard.
That's just a suggestion to Nea.
Despite usually showing up an hour to two hours late, she's never caught for it.
You don't know how and she won't tell you how.
She'll just wink at you and say something like, 'My special secret.'
Very rarely have you ever seen her use the front door.
So it's entirely possible that she's climbing up the building and going through a window to avoid getting caught.
But you've never seen her do it.
But you at least know she was sleeping till about 20 minutes before she arrived.
Bed head. PJ pants still on.
Or she never went home the night before because she is wearing the same clothes she wore the previous day.
More like casual everyday.
But, just in case, she keeps a business suit in her bag at all times.
Along with several cans of spray paint, energy drinks, and who knows what else.
And she's insanely good at not getting caught.
She frequently takes naps in the middle of the day too.
It's a wonder how Nia gets any work done at all.
But she gets it all done no matter what.
When she's got her mindset on something, she's doing it.
She may seem like the unapproachable type in the office, but she's always down for a good chat.
