For non-Edmontonians, the Butterdome is a building in my Canadian hometown that looks like this:

Its official name is Universiade Pavilion, but no one calls it that. The nickname is so popular that their website for events is even "butterdome.com."

Trying to capture the beauty around us, without travelling to Norway or Iceland. If you keep your eyes open, there is much to see wherever you are.
