I just finished the second book of Caraval (Legendary) and I LOVED it! Love the ships so much (I’m not listing specific ships here in case of spoilers but I loved reading Tella’s POV) 🤭

Omg you finished one of the peakest books ever👀 Legendary is one hundred percent my favorite in the series, well partly because Tella is my favorite character and though I loved Scarlett's pov I still prefer Tella's to hers. Donatella Dragna is so freaking important to me I do not play about her✨🥲

Scarlett had a say in the design of her gown, of course, but the stars and roses were the details she put her foot down for. Some may have said it was untraditional and perhaps bad luck to wear any color besides lily white on your wedding day. To Julian, she is not a lily white bride. To Julian, Scarlett is Crimson, and Crimson is Scarlett. Pops of red were non-negotiable.

Donatella busies herself with styling Scarlett's hair over her shoulder for possible wedding looks.

“I dreaded your wedding day for the longest time. And now that it's here, and with your true love and not a stranger,” she pauses as her voice verges on giving into the tears she has fought so hard to keep hidden. “I could not be happier for you. I just know you will have a good life with Julian. And I know your day will be as perfect as you always wanted it to be.”

Suddenly, Scarlett's arms were wrapped around her sisters as they both failed to wipe the smiles from their faces. When they pull away, Scarlett wipes a gloved thumb over Tella's cheek.

“I suppose I'll already have my something blue.” She nods down to Tella's blue jay colored gown. 

The sisters laugh and let the tears spill freely.

I also don’t believe dante loved tella at all and no idc that he’s the mmc i didn’t feel it, their romance was so ass

i agree, i read the book years ago and i think it said something that he couldn't like fully love tella until he gave up being immortal. i remember him taking forever to make that decision for tella and they just didn't have much chemistry for me lol.

Top three favorite fictional couples?

This will be a spoiler if you haven't read Caraval but in first place Tella and Legend, again it's my sucker for angst brain that always takes complicated relationships and turns them into her favorite. I personally want to hunt Legend's ass for hurting my girl Tella too much sometimes😊but his love confession scene and the course of their love story is my roman empire. She was the first one who got her letters answered by him🥺and he gave up his immortality, only way he knew how to live for her. And my favorite quote: "Does that mean you finally love the great holiday?" "No Donatella, I just love you."

Michael and Lia (act like you're shocked😱) if people actually saw them as more than just toxic and how deep and complex their relationship is...

Dain and Sloane from Fourth wing👀 the way I fucking HOPPED on this dynamic the second I read onyx storm has to be studied. The potential is endless and I really like the direction Rebecca is going with Dain's character and I can't wait to read more about them. Dain's karma being falling in love with a Mairi when he was indirectly involved in the death of another Mairi has to be one of the most delicious ironies I ever read.

Side note: I forgot to add this the first time around but honorable mention is...ok I love Simon and Isabelle in Shadowhunters but if you watched the show....Isabelle and Raphael😭

I will forever ship them I'm sorry they had too much going on between them that I just can't forget they're canon to me😊🥺

Warning: A Curse for True Love spoilers

On the topic of the new Once Upon a Broken Heart novella coming out, a thought just occurred to me.

I know everyone is excited to see Tella's reaction to EvaJacks (as am I), but I would actually really like to see Tella meeting Aurora.

Think about it, Aurora basically indirectly caused a lot of Tella's suffering in Finale with Auroa's real curse on Jacks being the only girl who would survive his kiss would be the girl who would never love him, which was Tella.

It would be a very interesting exchange, in my opinion.

Me seeing that people wanted Jacks to be the one in the theatre in Spectacular . Eww . Tella fans hate Eva som much that they want her to get cheated on .
