random idea I had I'm gonna explode <3
Whenever someone asks me what the spiderman movies mean to me i always find trouble explaining it in the moment. In my favorite adaptation of spiderman, Miles is just a kid who was in the wrong place at the wrong time and ended up being bitten. While being spiderman has led to some of the worst moments of his life (Uncle Aaron's death), it also led to some of his best (meeting Gwen and Peter B). This tells that even the worst things can lead to some of the best. In ATSV they showed that Miles was different. He saw things differently than everyone else. He wasn't okay with following "social norms" and just letting the cannon run its course. Being one of the youngest and least experienced, they still got the entire spider society to fight him and hr got away. They fought him without reason just because he was different and he won. Leading me to not mind being the person who is different and not follow what everyone says is "right". Being different isn't bad and being like everyone else doesn't guarantee success. I hope whoever is reading this understands my point and can relate to this.

A Kiss
Written for @fluffbruary
February 22: socks | kiss | impulse
My first attempt at Poetry. Just what came out when my fingers touched the keyboard.
Hope you like it. If not - well...
--------------------------------------------------------------
A kiss.
Such a simple premise.
Full of expectation.
-
A peck.
A press.
Open-mouthed.
Tongue.
-
On the cheek.
On the forehead.
The top of the head.
Side of the neck.
-
Heat.
Breath.
Moisture.
Strands of saliva connecting you together.
-
Comfort.
Affection.
Lust.
-
A kiss is just a kiss.
-
Until its something more.

when it swallows
i. he got a dream yeah he’s a king; a black male-- uptown in the Hinterlands deigned supreme
ii. the king of it all and the king of nothing;
iii. his father’s love was more like hate inside out-- when he got too big to hit they’d scream and shout; the secret to being a black man: tears in the dark don’t count-- iv. how poetical-- foiled diabolical schemes cooked from week long day dreams intwixt the ways and means of suffering once thought profound but found to be hollow.
v. If you don’t lead you follow. studying his surroundings he quickly learned the world doesn’t chew it just swallows.
Its less an inner monologue more an ASSHOLE WHO NEVER SHUTS UP.
i hate having the ability to comprehend and formulate abstract thoughts and ideas
He said he loved me.
ached my heart
But he only said it.
whispered my head.
