My cousin asked me if I could draw her dog, Ody, like a Soviet Space Dog poster (not sure why, but hey). It was a fun project.

Theses are semi. old I guess the first 3 are album covers and the last one is a monkey plushy I painted bc I was v bored :)
My Friend’s Dad challenged me to make the shrunken head from Beatlejuice. First picture was refrance.
I tried real hard to progress pictures haha. Just got too much in the zone when I did this. This is my first clay sculpture I have finished and painted. Woo!
To be honest I have been in a huge depression and this helped me out tons! Thank you Dad for the challenge :)

Writer Speaks:
So, a weird little story-ish thing. I’ve always loved art, as in drawing and painting, but have never been able to do it. I’ve tried many times, but everything comes out like a child’s art work - literally. I’m not just hating on myself. I’m talking stick figure level at best. It’s been annoying, considering every now and then I get this intense pull to want to paint or draw, but again, when I try, I question why I keep thinking this and even try, cause it’s seriously crap. It’s not even something I’d hang on my fridge and I’m the only one that lives here, save my kids.
Anyway, I finished the Fae book I was writing, and Atri wanted me to write. It’s in prep stage now for finding a publisher. But not even the day after I finished, I suddenly got drawn into inspiration to paint, again. And while I in no way say these are some schooled taught professional at all leveled types of paintings... but.... I’m seriously starting to wonder if I was granted a gift from Them for what I did.
First full painting I tried:
