It’s funny how antivaxxer parents trot out the “my body my choice” thing about vaccines, but it’s their kids’ bodies being put at risk of preventable diseases.

Deadpan humour is the worst, cant it just die already?
If you say something in a serious tone i will believe you, don't fucking laugh at me for assuming that it's serious when SERIOUS TONE INDICATES something SERIOUS
I just get so ashamed of myself and sure that people around me see me as a laughing stock because i *GASP* don't have a fucking neurotypical brain and they think my trust when someone says something in a serious tone is a joke and that i should be laughed at for trusting tones

Online Synagogue Service Suggestions?
I've been spending time learning about Judaism from a philosophy/theology perspective, but I feel like I need to at least observe a few services to get a sense of the pathos of Judaism. However, I have a lot of barriers ahead of me that make attending in person an almost impossible barrier. There's the whole "90% housebound" thing, the "extremely unpredictable illness" stuff, plus the "zero transportation" wall (my local Jewish cousin doesn't attend a synagogue regularly anymore because of her health issues). And the final barrier: PTSD from leaving Christianity. I'll talk about leaving Christianity in another post, but I left after a friend of over a decade decided to blackmail me into becoming more religious (and specifically IFB, her denomination), jeopardizing my dangerously precarious mental health. As a result, I have panic attacks from things that are/resemble Protestant church services. I've run out of the room during more than a few weddings, and my parents dragged me back to church once where I spent the service hyperventilating in the bathroom. Which brings me to the point: most synagogues that live stream or record their services are large, reform, and are similar enough to churches to majorly trigger me. :/ Also, I want to "attend" online first because my neurodivergecies (ADHD/ASD/social anxiety/depression) make new and unknown places very anxiety-inducing. Plus, getting triggered in the safety of my home is much safer than getting triggered in a place where safety is a few bus rides away. :/
