You knew Sol when you were younger(same as yours and Crowes relationship in the original). Sol knew about his mentality from a young age and does whatever he does with Hyugo (I’m picturing he still works with Hyugo in this AU).

Sol starts to curate this picture perfect persona of what he thinks you will want in a partner. He goes out, makes friends, and keeps up this dream boy persona. Many girls, guys, everything in between and beyond have confessed to him, which leads him to believe that he must be doing something right. You two are currently just friends but Sol isn’t threatened by anyone who takes intrest in you as you already have him(I mean who could compare??? Crowe.) and if they get a little too close…well that’s what his partnership with Hyugo is for is it not?

But then the library scene happens but obviously instead of it being Sol it’s Crowe that you meet in the library for the first time. In this AU Crowe isn’t as much of an asshole pain as Sol was and you actually found yourself having a great conversation.

AND SOL IS ROYALLY PISSED ABOUT THAT BECAUSE WHAT DO YOU MEAN??? This social outcast is winning you over. Do you not see all the effort and dedication he’s put into his perfectly curated front that he made FOR YOU

I can totally see Sol still killing Crowe but it happens after you decide to ditch with him and Geo(Geo is taking Hyugos place in my mind). There would be an option to kiss him there and if you do then he does end up killing Crowe.

Sorry if this is shitty I’m not a fanfic writer. I’ll expand on this when I replay the game

I like analyzing all of the mutineers reasons for joining the Mutiny:

Gibson: Was actually first to propose the mutiny. Also genuinely loved Hickey in my opinion.

Tozer: Disillusioned with command. Lost his best frien, Heather. No longer trusts Crozier, especially after finding Fairholme’s party. I think he didn’t like the direction things were going much earlier though.

Des Vouex: Angry that he hasn’t been promoted despite the empty lieutenant positions of Erebus and the fact that he had already passed for Lieutenant.

Armitage: Feels like he owes Hickey, after not being lashed despite also being involved in the kidnapping. Idolizes Tozer

Manson: Genuinely believes Hickey is looking out for him and will protect him. Is kind of like a puppy in my opinion.

Pilkington: Idolizes and trusts Tozer.

Hoar: Lost Franklin who he likely idolized and watched Crozier, a man Franklin disliked, take over and seemingly not care about Franklin’s death. Resents him for this.

Diggle: Kidnapped for his abilities as a cook.

Goodsir: Kidnapped for his abilities as an anatomist.

As someone with Mandarin as their first language, reading kanji names feels like an elevated experience. Since all the characters mean something.

夜神月 (night, god, moon) - yeah, sounds like our tragic protagonist. 海砂 (sea, silt) of Amane Misa means I always subconsciously associate her with the seaside. 龙崎 (dragon, mountainous) for Ryuzaki means I see something deeply jagged, harsh, primal in L. Also interesting to me how Misa as the sea and L as the mountains parallel each other… together they form the landscape (of Light’s little game aka the whole story) I’m overthinking. Definitely.

But yes. It’s like you can taste the names or something. And names are quite important in dn.

I've been running around like a chicken without a head for a few weeks now, because I really want to make a yandere npc mod for Stardew valley. I've read and watched so many tutorials, and I'm still nowhere near done. But for fun I'll probably post some updates and stuff, so I don't go stir crazy.

So this is a way to get my ducks in a row, plus it helps me remember the important things I wanna add.Anyways I want to yell into the void about the npc I wanna make, so feel free to stay and read if you wanna :>

Basically, I plan on making a yandere npc ( his name is Theodore:> ) and I want the said mod to lean on horror. I got a taste of the yandere Elliott mod, and I wanted to see if I could push it. These are some of my ideas and ramblings, some of which might not be plausible but that won't stop me from trying!

First of my goal, is to make the yandere mod. But I want the horror to focus towards the player... Y'know? Of course you have the stalking thingy ( which if I can, I'll mod it so that he'll be actively following you) I also want to focus on the descent to madness, I've written some dialogue already and I want to focus on him losing who he is when he falls deeper in love. My npc ( his name is Theodore), starts off as a pretty normal and nice dude. He's a bit anxious, but tries his best to be helpful and kind and all of that shit.

In the beginning, his dialogue talks a lot about the other villagers ( I'll have them talk about him too lol), and also his family. He is a rambler about all sorts of stuff and is a bit of a scatterbrain. Of course when you get enough hearts with him, he'll stop talking about others. He'll stop thinking about helping out the town, or writing to his siblings. He'll stop talking about how much he finds the little critters in the woods cute. Or the books he likes to read.

All his dialogue will be about you. And only you. That's all he needs. That's all he wants. That's all he thinks about. ( You know how some npcs will talk more the higher hearts you have? His is basically the opposite.) I plan on letting that affect everything, I plan on changing his portraits ( IF I CAN??) to look more worn out and obvious he isn't caring for himself at all. The villagers will be concerned and a bit worried. His house ( I'll need to figure out how to make that too 😭) will obviously have many photos of you, and it'll be filled with letters. At first it'll just be normal letters from his siblings and all, but then ( before you guys date??) they will already talk about you, and it will be shown that he's a bit delusional. Since it'll be shown that he already considers you his " spouse", and then when you two actually do date then they'll be concerned that theo haven't been replying at all.

I want him to have a habit of gifting you a lot of foods and really anything he gets his hands on. Early on, it's been established that he does to everyone. Of course it'll get to an insane amount, and frequency. And by the time he starts getting actually paranoid ( dating or marriage?? Not sure yet), it'll start granting you more debuffs. On top of that if I can mod the buffs, then as more times goes by you'll start getting a debuff everyday. Saying things like:

"you're being watched."

" Someone is here."

" You don't feel safe"

" you feel a pair of eyes watching."

If I can do it, I'll have the saving screen show him watching you sleep at a certain heart level. OOHH and If I can, I might make it possible so that he can call you on the telephone, but like in a creepy way lol.

If it's possible, and I HOPE It is. I plan on making him give you a stuffed animal, and if you interact with it ( like using the sheers, so maybe a sheep plush??) it'll show a listening device or something like that.

I have more ideas, but I can't think of it rn. Plus my other ideas are a bit more tailored to Theodore, and I can't decide if I want to keep it a secret or just talk about it now. So I just wrote some of my general ideas for A yandere mod. I'll probably spill all the beans though, if anyone asks. I'm really overzealous about making the mod and Theodore specifically lol. Anyways for anyone who sticked around and read it all, thank you!

I'll finish the mod eventually, it'll take me a long while though because I'm a complete noob. And I plan on tackling everything. ( Coding, writing, art) But I know it'll be super fun, good practice and learning lol.
