"Generation 3, please come to the office immediately."
Areeyah, Gretchen, Clarity, Trinity and Lisa came forward to the door.
"Hello girls. I guess it's about time you take on the operation yourself."
"Grandma, I don't get it," Areeyah scratched her head. "Why did the people from the land of the Soldefrabs and Capris invade us? We never did anything wrong to them. And why do us 12 year olds take on the operation? We can do it when we're, what? 16, 17? Around that age."
"Wrong." Rasi shook her head. "I was 12 when I decided to take action. My own parents were never in good terms. Then my father betrayed mother. He went with Maurene Soldefrab's mother, and then the mother killed my father. Then Maurene Soldefrab and her cousin invaded us."
"Again, why? It's supposed to be a private matter." Gretchen rolled her eyes.
"The Soldefrabs and Capris are very rich and powerful in their hometown, and they think they can do the same to our country and put us under centralized law. Our land holds the highly coveted Deza de Honor stone. It is extraordinary. But first you must fight Ingrid, the guardian of Deza de Honor. Unfortunately, it seems like the PDW, the organization of the Soldefrabs and Capris, is beating us to it."
"So... why do we have to start at this age?"
Rasi blew her never-growing bangs.
"I started at 12 and you must take action at an early age too. Any more questions? No? Okay, bye."
Rasi pushed the girls out of the room and slammed the door.
Areeyah sighed and rolled her eyes.
"Why grandma's long face?"
"We should probably go see my mother instead," Trinity suggested. "She can entertain all our questions before the mission."
The girls agreed, and went to the Northern Camryn Organization Public Library, where Terrie, Trinity's mother, is a librarian.
Terrie D. Cesar, a librarian and a history/science teacher, has never had an easy life after becoming a widow. It was hard for her and Trinity to accept the loss of Alvin, her husband. Before Alvin died, she had to work and work to get money to keep Alvin staying in the SCO (Southern Camryn Organization) Hospital, the biggest hospital in Camryn Island. Unfortunately, it was useless, for Alvin's disease was already hopeless.
"Hi mommy!!" Trinity waved.
A young girl in her teen years blocked the way.
"What are you doing here?" Trina, Trinity's sister, scoffed.
"We're here to see mommy."
"Check Row 7, Bookshelf H, she may be browsing video holograms there."
Trinity checked each row.
Terrie had artificial arms behind her for her science experiments. When it was not in use, it was kept in her bag.
"Hey girls!" Terrie grinned. "What are you doing here?"
Gretchen rolled her eyes. "That's the second time today!"
"We're here to ask you some questions mommy!"
"How did all this mess start?"
"Here's an audio hologram." She pulled out a slightly thick box out of the shelf and placed a piece of illustration board in the spot where the box was taken out.
Trinity opened the box and pressed the Play button.
"100 years ago, Camryn Island Force engaged in battle from a battle invitation by the Scarfort Island Government. Camryn Island and Scarfort Island had never been in good terms ever since. Scarfort Island became a wreck.
"35 years later and a little bit of modern technology later, Scarfort Island Former President and Former Vice President's daughters Maurene Soldefrab and Jem Capri invaded Camryn Island along with the whole Scarfort Island Force. Our ruler, Rasi Nigira, took action at only 12 years old and created the plan that places us in where we all are today. Northern Camryn Organization was created 5 babies later, namely Lara Neen, an independent woman, Celandine Brown, a spy to help NCO's latest generation in the operation to get and protect the Deza de Honor, Terrie Dorris Cesar, a history/science teacher and a librarian, Henrietta Pretzel, a rich woman, and lastly, Olessa Bohemia, the daughter of our ruler. Rasi's sisters' presence is not available, since both Alena and Henrietta have gone missing a year after all the babies have been born."
The audio hologram ended.
"...that did not answer a single question on my mind."
