Advice

How do you deal with not feeling good enough ? ( warning now I'm heavily dyslexic and my writing is something I have always been very embarrassed about) I go to a four year university full time and although just lost my job ( well I quit) I worked the entire semester around 30 hours a week. Lately I can't help but feel I am not good enough I get average grades. I am very passionate about my studies but I still just don't ever feel I am good enough. Like I got a 98% and was pissed at myself for not getting 100% This is something new to me I have never been one to let that get me down but as a college freshman I am starting to. And to make matters worst the past week I have been obsessing over how I look. I think I am fat and ugly and can't help but hate myself. I am aware it's not rational. I am aware it's not true but I can't help but feel it. I worry I am pushing away from relationships because I expect them to know exactly what to say but honestly with my anxiety there really isn't right or wrong. I was wondering if anyone else felt this way and how they coped with it please please please I could really use some outside help Thank you very much ❤️️
