The Temple of Aphaia, Aegina - Greece
Queen of the Dead part 2, 60
I unexpectedly got an offer to illustrate a children's book last week, which means I will have less time to focus on my comics for a while. This page was also a bit tricky, since I wanted Aegina's reaction to be a mix of flattered of being "chosen", but also very much aware that she can't really say no.
Yeah creating Family Trees for heroes can be addictive! Soooo my small family tree that I wanted to show the family relations between Achilles and Patroclus
Turned out to be the full on family history till the children of Neoptolemus hahahaha
I finally developed the film from the photos I took last summer on my Aegina day trip with my friends. They’re nothing special, but they have this vintage, feel-good vibe that really reflects how fun and relaxing the trip was. I think I’ll visit again this year since it’s only an hour away by ferry. I didn’t edit them these are straight out of the camera. I used Kodak Ultramax 400, for anyone who might be interested. ☀️🌊
